Fantastic experience all around. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant we were treated great. wonderful service from the staff and the manger. 10/10 would recommend for a nice steak night to anyone!

Lucky to have discovered Bloomington Chophouse as they were celebrated their 17 year Anniversary- everyone gets 17% discount thru Feb22nd! Mostly lucky to have experienced an exemplary meal & service. The prime rib was soooo spot-on good! Same for the amazing calamari! Definitely found a new favorite spot! A big thanks to our server, Jay who really took care of us and went above& beyond in the presentation & making us feel special!

I had the wedge salad and the salmon, both were excellent. Its not that often I find a restaurant in a hotel this good but food and service were great. For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 120 nights per year eating all sorts of local foods.

One of the best meals we've had in years! We discovered this place when looking for a good celebration restaurant. We ordered the shrimp cocktail to start and it was fantastic! The cocktail sauce was something special but the shrimp was seasoned so well it didn't even need a sauce. We got the prime rib and New York strip as entrees and were blown away! Seriously this might have been the best steak of my life! I love a good glaze or sauce on a steak but this was so flavorful and buttery I barely used the garlic butter I asked for. The garlic butter was a flavor experience of its own! It was so fresh and full of herbs! We ordered the hash browns and brocoolini as our sides. The hash browns were great and surprising for a dinner side but very savory, the broccolini was fresh and crispy with a nice seasoning. We ended with the creme brulee with a maple brown sugar glaze that was the perfect bookend to a delicious meal. We're tequila people and the bar made a great fresh margarita and had a decent tequila selection. I hope I got the names right but a special shout-out to McKenna our server who took great care of us and Marcus who was helpful along the way and engaged us in a wonderful chat regarding future events at the restaurant. We'll be back! Again, one of the best meals we've ever had - we directly compared to Manny's and this place beats it by a mile!

JayO was an awesome server, food was delicious, playing beautiful, the sauce on pork chop was so so good , wild rice soup was not a favorite, tasted over cooked, calamari app delicious, also the bread was served with whipped butter, olive oil & herb garlic mix that was wonderful

My friends and I had a lovely dining experience here over the weekend. Booking a reservation online was quite easy, and the host was very efficient. Our server was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the cheese board and the bison steak. The meat was tender and juicy and cooked to perfection, and our entire experience was great!

Beautiful place. Great attention to detail when it was built and from the staff. The manager, Brittany, is quite approachable and genuinely cares about customer service. We've stayed at the Bloomington Hilton several times, have eaten in the Chophouse and hung out for happy hours, and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food, especially when Melissa takes care of us. I had questions about a bill from a previous visit, and Brittany, graciously and thoroughly put my concerns to rest. Its a nice place to stay (The Hilton), and a wonderful place to eat, hangout and even make new friends. Thx Brittany, Melissa and the rest of the restaurant staff!

Excellent dinner at Bloomington Chophouse, located in the Hilton hotel. Went in for Restaurant Week and added a couple extra starters. Service was exceptional — two waiters regularly checked in on us, ensuring our meal was pleasant and had everything we needed. Had a great conversation with both about food and drink recommendations. Here’s the meal breakdown (Restaurant Week more): - NA Red Wine Blend — flavorful like a rose. First time trying a non-alcoholic red wine and definitely would recommend. - Buffalo chicken soup — good flavor, very creamy and rich. - Crab cake — delicious! Loved it the most with the harissa vinaigrette and a squeeze of lemon. Really enjoyed that it didn’t rely on breading to keep it formed which allowed the crab flavor to shine. - Hush puppies & Sausage — both excellent! Best hush puppies I’ve had in a restaurant in the twin cities! Great flavor (slightly spicy) and had a nice crunchy coating. The sausage was delicious, juicy, and flavorful. In my opinion, both were excellent on their own and the sauce was not needed. - Brisket — nice fat cap on top. Pulled apart easily with my fork. Paired nicely with the pickles and mustard. - Ribs — Delicious spice rub (sweet and smoky) and very tender meat! Stellar! - Baked beans — If chili and traditional baked beans had a baby, this would be it! Sweet, savory, and smoky with 3 types of beans and bacon. Wowzer! Knocked it out of the park! - Strawberry Shortcake — where to start? The biscuit was baked to perfection and loved the sugar granules on the top half. The strawberry rhubarb sauce was perfectly balanced — not too sweet and not too tart. The whipped cream tasted homemade. Fabulous dessert! Overall great dinner! Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!
